We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including gently used items, within 30 days of delivery.
π Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges for all eligible items. You may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to availability.

Customers can return items using one of the following methods:
- By mailing it to our return address
- Returning in person to our physical store location
- Dropping it off at a designated drop-off location (details will be provided after return request)

π Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be applied to all returned items unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

- Items must be returned in a clean, saleable condition (used items accepted if not damaged or heavily worn)
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included
- Items marked as final sale, intimate items, and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- The 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless waived due to product defect or error
- Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider
π¦ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you. Please provide a photo of the item and packaging.
π International Returns
We accept international returns within the 30-day window. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
