I cycle, kayak, and snorkel (in warm waters,) and this works great for all of that.
These seams are comfortable, the zipper works fine, and the material really breathes, but provides UV protection.
The fit chart is REALLY WEIRD, and seems to be aimed at tall, skinny folks. It a bit of a "Spiderman" suit, which is what you want, but there are factors to consider.
I am 5'9", 165 lbs. with a 41" chest and 33" waist. I am SO happy I did not order the Medium, which would have fit me like a shrink-wrap vacuum bag. The chart conflicts, when comparing the height/weight chart with the body dimensions  chart listed.
I got a LARGE, which fit in a appropriate body-shaping, but not too tight. The cuffs at the thighs are ever so slightly loose, but that's fine.
You'l have to carefully consider all of the info on the two charts, read other reviews, and make a size choice. Given my experience, if in doubt, go up a size.
The price is a bit high, even for the quality, and I would say under $150 would be more appropriate.
The leg grippers stay in place without digging in, which I appreciated during a 40 km ride. The chamois is minimal, enough to take the edge off the bike but not bulky for the run. The fit is snug without feeling restrictive, and the seams haven’t caused any rubbing or chafing after a few hours of use. Overall, the material quality is top-notch.
Pockets are easy to reach mid-race. I could grab my gels without breaking stride. Also, the suit design is one of the better-looking ones I’ve seen, with subtle branding, decent color options, and it doesn’t look like a billboard. Fenomenal value for money pick if you’re training seriously or prepping for your next race.
The size chart seemed a bit out of dimensions for athletes or for my size as the chest to waist ratio barely allows for any tapered athletic build, and appears cut for a rectangular shaped body. On paper, not an athletic fit at all. I am always concerned that the arms and legs/thigh cut will be loose. Nevertheless, I ordered the size large and it fit great. But it is very snug at the chest- which I prefer.
Even though this a triathlon suit, I cycle, and will only be using it for cycling. My road bike does have aerobars installed which I use to rest during long rides. So my set up is similar to a Tri-bike.
What I was looking for is a one piece cycling suit that wicks sweat/moisture, protects my skin from the sun, and helps keep me cool on long hot day rides. So I took it out on a 50 mile midday ride this Sunday with temps reaching in the low 90s. This suit performed GREAT! I would compare it to some of my favorites- Pearl Izumi AmFIB and Attack cycling bibs. However, being a triathlon suit, it has a much thinner chamois than the aforementioned Pearl Izumi bibs. BUT, my behind did not feel the saddle pains until about 40 miles- compared to cheap cycling shorts for short rides, this is awesome as those cheap shorts with their extra faux padding barely get me through 25 miles.
Being tall, I like the longer sleeve and leg length. The grip around the hem performed well and kept in place. The rib design on the torso did an awesome job cutting the wind and wicking moisture keeping me cool. And I like the design I ordered (Americana Classic) and the look. Compared to a cycling shirt, the neck cut on this is much lower exposing more of your neck and upper back- just load up on the sunscreen. I was concerned how much/little protection against the sun it would offer. In the photos, the back looks to be thin (I am wearing a heart monitor strap so that is not part of the suit). Almost 3 hours in direct sunlight beating on my back I sustained no sunburn so it performed as it should.
Another consideration that many people do not think about is access to taking a leak (not much of a concern during competition/triathlons). The front zippers down but you would have to stretch the waist hem down for proper "access". Was a little tighter properly due to my height.
This was a gamble acquisition for distance cycling and paid off for me. I'm sure it performs just as well for running as the mechanics and conditions are similar to cycling but I cannot speak to swimming. Great performance, great value, highly recommend!
For a triathlon suit, it's really comfortable. Many cycling suits I've worn before are too tight and have just too much padding for my rear end, where it's just too uncomfortable. These have the right amount of padding that it's doesn't get in way. I really like that about these. The color is also very nice. Not too in your face, but pleasing to the eye. Great purchase. 5 stars.
