I had high expectations for Castelli based on strong recommendations from fellow triathletes and cyclists who praised the brand for its performance and quality. I chose their suit over other brands, trusting in Castelli’s reputation.

Unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. The delivery date was clearly stated at the time of purchase and was a key reason I placed the order. After I paid, the promised date was changed without notice. As a result, I now don’t have a suit for my race.

I attempted to escalate the issue and expedite the shipment through Amazon, but nothing worked. The suit still hasn’t arrived—and likely won’t in time. This failure to meet a clearly stated delivery commitment is unacceptable and has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
